The Influence of Classical Chinese text on Students' drawing:

a case study based on integration theory

Research description:

The study is based on the integration theory, combining classical Chinese text into art class to seek the influence on painting.The most significant value of this research are how to make traditional culture truly and long-term rooted in art classes. This study's core issue is the rediscovery and inheritance of traditional culture. Truly enable students to realize the value of traditional culture in art, pay attention to classical Chinese, and deeply integrate it into painting.Moreover, promoting students' drawing in the process is another primary purpose of the search.

 

BIO:

Yang Liu is currently an EdD student in CCA Department, at HKEDU. She graduated from the Guangzhou Fine Arts Academy with a master's degree in fine arts and received a master's degree in education from the Education University of Hong Kong. She is currently a senior high school art teacher. She focuses on the influence of art education on the development of students, especially in primary and secondary schools.   She is more concerned about promoting students' creativity and divergent thinking through art.
